Training is going to get a little harder on this day. We are doing an AMRAP with our conditioning, so be sure to save some energy for that part of the workout! 

A1. Power Clean to Squat 3x 6
A2. Dumbbell Suitcase Carry 3x 30 sec/
A3. Active Straight Leg Raise 3x 5/

B1. Kettlebell Deadlift 3x 10-12
B2. Single Arm Dumbbell Floor Press 3x 8/
B3. YTW 3x 6

6-8 Min AMRAP
C1. Mini Band Lateral Walks 6 steps left and right
C2. Push-Up Position Plank 6-8 breathes
C3. Banded Bicep Curls 8-10
